According to the company’s Technical Director, the new system incorporates real-time feedback control and multi-axis synchronization technology, enabling the machining of complex geometries in high-hardness metals such as titanium alloys and stainless steel, with precision consistently maintained within ±0.001 mm. Compared to traditional CNC methods, the system reduces processing cycles by 30% and lowers defect rates by 50%, while intelligent energy management saves the company over 15 million RMB annually in production costs.

The Technical Director emphasized, “This innovation stems from decades of process expertise, addressing industry pain points in precision and consistency for high-end custom parts, positioning Xiang Xin Yu as a leader in a competitive market.”

Furthermore, to meet growing global demand for rapid delivery and customization, the company has added 20 high-precision five-axis CNC machines at its Dongguan production base, integrated with automated material handling systems.
