Shenzhen Xiang Xin Yu Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained AS9100D certification for its aerospace quality management system. This internationally recognized standard demonstrates the company’s commitment to meeting the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry.
The certification process involved comprehensive audits of the company’s quality management systems, production processes, risk management practices, and traceability procedures. Auditors evaluated everything from design control and supplier management to production verification and final inspection protocols.
With this certification, Xiang Xin Yu is now qualified to supply precision-machined components to aerospace manufacturers and their supply chains. The company’s capabilities in machining complex geometries from aerospace-grade materials — including titanium alloys, Inconel, and aluminum 7075 — align well with industry requirements for high-strength, lightweight components.
According to the company’s quality manager: “Achieving AS9100D certification represents a significant milestone in our quality journey. It validates our commitment to continuous improvement and gives our aerospace customers confidence in our ability to deliver components that meet the industry’s most demanding specifications.”
The company plans to leverage this certification to expand its presence in the aerospace supply chain, targeting opportunities in commercial aviation, defense, and space exploration sectors.
Shenzhen Xiang Xin Yu Technology Co., Ltd. has expanded its precision grinding capabilities with the acquisition of new cylindrical and surface grinding equipment. This investment enables the company to offer complete solutions for components requiring tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
The new grinding machines achieve tolerances within ±0.002 mm and surface finishes down to Ra 0.2 μm. This complements the company’s existing CNC turning and milling capabilities, allowing for in-house processing of components that require both machining and precision grinding operations.
Components benefiting from this expanded capability include precision shafts, guide pins, valve spools, and mating surfaces for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The integration of grinding with machining operations reduces lead times and eliminates the need for multiple suppliers.
The company’s technical director stated: “Adding precision grinding to our capabilities allows us to offer truly comprehensive solutions. Customers no longer need to coordinate between separate machining and grinding suppliers — we can now handle the entire process in-house with full quality control.”
The grinding department is now fully operational and accepting customer orders for components requiring ultra-precision finishing.
