MIM Factory – Professional Metal Injection Molding Manufacturing Base

Operated by Jingmiao Precision, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiang Xin Yu Group, our dedicated MIM manufacturing factory focuses on professional powder metallurgy production and precision component fabrication. Built with a standardized 4,000-square-meter production site, our facility is fully equipped with complete MIM production and testing systems. With years of hands-on manufacturing experience, our engineering and production teams deliver reliable custom MIM parts for prototyping, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass manufacturing for global clients.

Our MIM Facility & Equipment Strength

Different from general machining workshops, our factory is specially built for MIM powder metallurgy processing. We adopt integrated production configuration covering raw material compounding, precision injection molding, professional debinding, vacuum sintering, post finishing and precision quality inspection. All production procedures follow standardized industrial specifications to ensure stable batch consistency and high finished product yield.

Standard MIM Manufacturing Processes

Our factory strictly implements standardized MIM production workflows. Every processing step is finely controlled, avoiding unstable quality caused by manual operation differences. We support customized processing of various stainless steel, alloy and magnetic metal powder materials to meet diversified industrial application demands.

Feedstock Preparation

We select high-purity imported metal powder and high-stability polymer binder materials. According to different product usage scenarios and material requirements, we configure exclusive mixing ratios and adopt constant-temperature mixing technology. The finished feedstock features uniform texture and stable fluidity, laying a solid foundation for high-precision injection molding and stable sintering shrinkage.

Precision Injection Molding

Different from traditional machining limitations, MIM injection molding can complete one-time forming of ultra-thin walls, tiny holes, deep grooves and irregular complex structures. With customized precision molds and multi-cavity production mode, we achieve high-volume output while ensuring consistent detail restoration and dimensional uniformity of each part.

Professional Debinding Treatment

Green parts after injection molding adopt combined catalytic and thermal debinding technology. Step-by-step removal of internal polymer binders effectively reduces carbon residue and part deformation. This standardized debinding process eliminates hidden dangers such as pores and cracks for subsequent sintering, ensuring the structural compactness of finished parts.

Vacuum High-Temperature Sintering

Brown parts are sintered in a vacuum high-temperature environment with precisely adjusted temperature and atmosphere parameters. Metal particles are fully fused and densified, making the mechanical strength, hardness and toughness of MIM parts close to forged metal parts. We pre-compensate sintering shrinkage during mold design to ensure finished products meet strict dimensional tolerance requirements.

Secondary Finishing & Surface Treatment

According to customer assembly and appearance standards, we provide supporting secondary processing services, including fine CNC trimming, deburring, sandblasting, polishing, passivation, electroplating and blackening treatment. All post-processing procedures are completed in-house to better control product tolerance and surface finish.

Strict Factory Quality Control System

Quality control runs through the entire MIM production process. Our factory complies with ISO 9001 quality management system specifications and implements full-process traceable quality management from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, effectively controlling batch quality risks.

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Each batch of metal powder and auxiliary materials is inspected upon arrival. We verify material certification documents, test powder particle size uniformity and feedstock stability. Only qualified raw materials can enter the production line, fundamentally eliminating quality problems caused by unqualified materials.

Real-Time In-Process Inspection

Production technicians record and monitor key parameters such as injection pressure, debinding temperature and sintering atmosphere in real time. QC staff conduct regular dimensional sampling and appearance inspection during processing. Once abnormal data is found, production parameters are adjusted immediately to avoid batch defective products.

Full Final Inspection Before Delivery

After finished product processing is completed, all parts or sampled batches undergo comprehensive inspection. We use professional testing equipment to detect dimensional tolerance, surface roughness, hardness and mechanical properties. Qualified products are packaged and delivered, and complete inspection reports and material certificates can be provided for customer review.
