● Raw Material Inspection: Test powder purity, binder ratio and feedstock uniformity before production, eliminate unqualified raw materials fundamentally.

● In-Process Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of injection molding parameters, debinding temperature and sintering atmosphere, adjust process parameters dynamically to ensure consistent part shrinkage and density.

● Finished Product Testing: Equipped with CMM, optical projector, hardness tester, roughness meter and other professional testing equipment, inspect dimension tolerance, surface quality, hardness and mechanical properties one by one.

We adopt standardized and mature MIM production workflow, every process link is standardized and supervised to ensure high precision, high consistency and high yield of finished parts. The whole process realizes one-stop forming without redundant procedures, effectively controlling production cycle and product cost.

1. DFM Evaluation & Design Optimization: Professional engineers analyze customer 2D/3D drawings, optimize product structure for MIM manufacturability, avoid structural defects that affect forming and sintering, and provide detailed DFM analysis report.

2. Raw Material Mixing & Feedstock Preparation: Mix high-purity metal powder and polymer binder in precise proportion, produce uniform and stable feedstock to ensure good fluidity for precision injection and stable sintering shrinkage.

3. Precision Mold Manufacturing: Customize professional MIM molds according to optimized drawings, pre-compensate sintering shrinkage tolerance, mold precision up to ±0.002mm to restore complex product features perfectly.

4. High-Precision Injection Molding: Complete one-time forming of green parts, realizing integrated molding of thin walls, tiny holes, grooves and irregular complex structures.

5. Dual Debinding Treatment: Adopt catalytic and thermal dual debinding process to completely remove internal binder, avoid carbon residue, and improve part compactness and surface finish.

6. High-Temperature Vacuum Sintering: Sintered at constant high temperature in vacuum environment to realize part densification, the finished product density is close to forged metal with excellent mechanical properties.

7. Secondary Finishing & Surface Treatment: Provide CNC fine machining, deburring, sandblasting, polishing, electroplating, passivation and other customized treatments to meet assembly and appearance requirements.

8. Final Inspection & Packaging Delivery: Conduct full dimensional and performance inspection, pack with anti-rust and dust-proof materials, and arrange global delivery according to customer requirements.
