    Production Process

    DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Analysis

    Upon receiving your RFQ and CAD models, our engineering team conducts a thorough design review to optimize the geometry for cost-effective and high-quality machining.

    Material Verfication & Sourcing

    We source materials only from approved, reputable suppliers. Incoming material undergoes chemical and physical analysis to verify it meets the required standards before release to production.

    CAM Programming & Simulation

    Using leading CAM software, we develop optimized toolpaths. We run virtual simulations to detect potential collisions and ensure the program will yield perfect results before the first cut.

    First Article Inspection (FAI)

    Before proceeding to full production, a First Article is produced and subjected to a complete dimensional layout on our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to validate the setup.

    In-Process Monitoring

      Operators utilize statistics-based process control (SPC) to monitor critical dimensions during the production run, ensuring tool wear or thermal drift does not affect part quality.

    Final Metrology & Post-Processing

    100% or AQL-based final inspection including CMM, surface roughness testing, and hardness testing. This stage also includes necessary finishing (anodizing, passivation, heat treatment).

    Secure Packaging & Documentation

      Parts are cleaned and packaged to prevent corrosion and transit damage. All requested documentation (CoC, Material Certs, Inspection Reports) is enclosed.
